Thank you for your interest in volunteering; your support is essential to the success of this event. Here are some considerations for volunteering at the festival. 

 

Volunteers are required to commit to two shifts, scheduled on separate days. We are unable to accommodate single-day volunteers, and any registrations requesting only one shift will be cancelled.

 

To ensure commitment, new volunteers will be required to pay a $50 deposit per shift. This deposit will be fully refunded upon completion of both scheduled volunteer shifts. If cancellation is necessary, the deposit can be refunded until 12:00 am EST on August 28th. After this time, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

 

You will receive a 3-day Grandstand festival pass, meal tickets for each shift you work (usable in the Volunteer Lounge), and a preferred parking pass. Note that the Tryon International Equestrian Center is large, so some walking to the main event area will be required.
